सहजं कर्म कौन्तेय सदोषमपि न त्यजेत्। सर्वारम्भा हि दोषेण धूमेनाग्निरिवावृताः॥
हे कौन्तेय (अर्जुन)! अपने स्वभाव से उत्पन्न (स्वधर्म) कर्म को, चाहे उसमें दोष क्यों न हो, त्यागना नहीं चाहिए। जैसे अग्नि धुएँ से ढकी होती है, वैसे ही हर कार्य में कोई न कोई दोष होता है।
O Arjuna, One should not abandon their natural duty, even if it seems flawed. For every action is covered by some imperfection, just as fire is enveloped by smoke.
"वह युवा जो अपने पैशन को ‘ग़लत’ मान रहा था" शीर्षक: “दोष वाला धर्म भी तेरा है” आदित्य को संगीत पसंद था, लेकिन परिवार कहता — “ये करियर नहीं है, कोई और रास्ता चुनो।”धीरे-धीरे वह खुद भी सोचने लगा — “क्या मेरा मार्ग गलत है?” फिर एक दिन उसने गीता का श्लोक पढ़ा: “सहजं कर्म सदोषमपि न त्याज्यम्” (“जो कर्म स्वभाव से उत्पन्न हुआ हो, उसमें दोष हो फिर भी नहीं छोड़ना चाहिए।”) तब उसे लगा — जो भीतर से आता है, वही सच्चा धर्म है — चाहे उसमें संघर्ष हो, कठिनाई हो। अब वह संगीत सिखाता है — और आत्मा से जुड़ा रहता है। धर्म वो नहीं जो आसान हो — धर्म वो है जो तुम्हारे भीतर से उठता हो।
" The Young Man Who Thought His Passion Was Wrong" Title: “Even a Flawed Path Is Still Yours” Aditya loved music, But his family said, “This isn’t a career — choose a safer path.” Gradually, he too began to doubt himself — “Is my way wrong?” Then one day he read a verse from the Gita: “Sahajam karma sadosham api na tyajyam” (“Do not abandon the duty born of your nature, even if it has flaws.”) He realized — The path that flows from within is his dharma, Even if it’s not perfect or easy. Now he teaches music — and stays deeply connected to his soul. Dharma isn’t always what’s easy — it’s what rises from within you.
" वह महिला जो गृहिणी होकर हीन महसूस करती थी" शीर्षक: “हर कर्म में धुआं होता है — पर वो अग्नि भी देता है” राधिका एक गृहिणी थी। उसे लगता — “मैं क्या कर रही हूँ? मेरा जीवन दूसरों के जैसा क्यों नहीं?” एक दिन एक साध्वी से उसने बात की। साध्वी ने मुस्कराकर गीता का श्लोक सुनाया: “धूमेनाग्निरिवावृताः…” (“जैसे अग्नि धुएँ से ढकी होती है, वैसे ही हर कर्म में कुछ दोष होता है।”) साध्वी ने कहा — “तेरा धर्म दिखने में साधारण हो सकता है — पर उसमें भी तपस्या है, प्रेम है, और आत्मा की अग्नि है।” अब राधिका गर्व से कहती है — “मेरा घर, मेरा धर्म है।” हर सेवा में दोष हो सकता है — पर वो आत्मा को जलाती है, तपाती है।
"The Homemaker Who Felt Inferior" Title: “Every Duty Has Smoke — But It Still Burns with Fire” Radhika was a homemaker. She often felt — “What am I doing with my life? Why isn’t my life like others?” One day, she spoke to a wise sadhvi. The sadhvi gently quoted a Gita verse: “Dhūmena agniḥ iva āvṛtāḥ…” (“Just as fire is covered by smoke, so too all actions are covered with flaws.”) The sadhvi said — “Your duty may look ordinary, but it holds sacrifice, love, and inner fire.” Now Radhika proudly says — “My home is my dharma.” Every act of service may have flaws — but it refines and purifies the soul.
"वह ऑफिसर जो बार-बार नौकरी बदलना चाहता था" शीर्षक: “हर काम में थोड़ी कमी होती है — लेकिन काम छोड़ना हल नहीं” प्रवीण एक ईमानदार अफसर था। पर उसे हर नौकरी में कुछ न कुछ गलत लगता — कभी बॉस ठीक नहीं, कभी ऑफिस का माहौल खराब, कभी सिस्टम ही गड़बड़। वो बार-बार सोचता — “ये नौकरी छोड़ दूँ, कोई और देखता हूँ।” लेकिन हर नई नौकरी में भी कुछ न कुछ परेशानी मिलती। फिर एक दिन उसके गुरु ने गीता का एक श्लोक सुनाया: “हर काम में थोड़ी कमी होती है — जैसे आग के साथ धुआं होता है।” गुरु ने कहा: “अगर हर बार काम छोड़ोगे, तो मंज़िल नहीं मिलेगी काम मत बदलो — सोच बदलो।” प्रवीण ने पहली बार समझा — “हर जगह परेशानी हो सकती है, लेकिन मैं अगर अपने काम को सेवा समझकर करूं — तो सब बदल सकता हूँ।” अब वो नौकरी नहीं बदलता — बल्कि हर मुश्किल में भगवान को याद करता है और आगे बढ़ता है। काम में छोटी-छोटी परेशानियाँ हो सकती हैं — पर वही काम तुम्हें आगे बढ़ाता है।
"The Officer Who Wanted to Change Jobs Again and Again" Title: “Every job has some drawbacks – but quitting is not the solution” Praveen was an honest officer. But he found something wrong in every job – sometimes the boss was not good, sometimes the office environment was bad, sometimes the system was faulty. He kept thinking – “I should leave this job, I will look for something else.” But he faced some problems in every new job as well. Then one day his Guru recited a verse from the Gita: “Every job has some drawbacks – like there is smoke with fire.” The Guru said: “If you quit your job every time, you will not reach your destination. Don’t change your job – change your thinking.” Praveen understood for the first time – “There can be problems everywhere, but if I do my work considering it as service – then I can change everything.” Now he does not change jobs – rather he remembers God in every difficulty and moves forward. There may be small problems in work - but that very work takes you forward.
