यो मां पश्यति सर्वत्र सर्वं च मयि पश्यति। तस्याहं न प्रणश्यामि स च मे न प्रणश्यति॥
जो मुझे हर स्थान में देखता है और हर वस्तु को मुझमें देखता है, मैं कभी उसके लिए खोता नहीं, और वह कभी मेरे लिए खोता नहीं।
One who sees Me in everything and everything in Me — I am never lost to them, nor are they ever lost to Me.
“भगवान स्कूल में भी मिलते हैं” आरव सात साल का प्यारा बच्चा था। वो स्कूल में सबको नमस्ते करता था —चाहे सफाई करने वाले भैया हों या क्लास के दोस्त। एक दिन माँ ने पूछा: “तू हर किसी को इतना आदर क्यों देता है?” आरव मुस्कराया और बोला:“क्योंकि मेरी किताब में लिखा है — भगवान सबमें होते हैं।” जो बच्चा सबको बराबर मानता है, वही सच्चा भगवान का प्यारा होता है। भक्त बनने के लिए उम्र नहीं — साफ़ दिल चाहिए।
“God is found in school too” Aarav was a cute seven-year-old child. He used to greet everyone in school – whether it was the cleaning brother or his class friend. One day his mother asked: “Why do you give so much respect to everyone?” Aarav smiled and said: “Because it is written in my book – God is in everyone.” The child who considers everyone equal is the true beloved of God. To become a devotee, age is not required – a clean heart is required.
“जहाँ घृणा थी — वहाँ भी प्रेम दिखा” संध्या की एक पड़ोसी से बिल्कुल नहीं बनती थी। झगड़े होते, बात नहीं होती, मन में गुस्सा रहता। एक दिन उसने भगवद गीता का श्लोक सुना: “जो मुझे सबमें देखता है और सबको मुझमें देखता है…” वो सोच में पड़ गई। अगली बार जब उसने पड़ोसी को देखा, तो गुस्सा नहीं आया — बस शांति। उसने दिल में कहा: “अगर उसमे भी भगवान हैं, तो मैं कैसे नाराज़ रहूँ?” जब हम सबमें भगवान देखने लगते हैं, तो हमारा मन खुद ही हल्का और शांत हो जाता है। नफ़रत नहीं सिर्फ़ समझ की ज़रूरत होती है।
“The woman who saw God even in the enemy” Sandhya did not get along well with a neighbor. There would be quarrels, there would be no communication, there would be anger in the mind. One day she heard a verse from the Bhagavad Gita: “The one who sees me in everyone and sees everyone in me…” She got into thinking. The next time she saw the neighbor, she did not feel angry — just peace. She said in her heart: “If God is in him too, how can I be angry?” When we start seeing God in everyone, our mind automatically becomes light and calm. No hatred only understanding is needed.
“हर जगह भगवान” नरेश पहले सोचता था कि भक्ति मतलब बस माला जपना, मंदिर जाना, और मंत्र बोलना है। पर जब उसने गीता का श्लोक पढ़ा — “जो मुझे हर चीज़ में देखता है, मैं भी उसमें हूँ… तो उसका मन बदल गया। अब जब वो पेड़ देखता है, तो उसमें भगवान को देखता है। जब वो किसी जानवर को देखता है, या किसी इंसान को, तो सोचता है — “इसमें भी प्रभु हैं।” वो कहता है: “अब मुझे पूजा करने अलग से बैठने की ज़रूरत नहीं, क्योंकि मेरी पूरी ज़िंदगी ही पूजा बन गई है।” जब हमें हर चीज़ में भगवान दिखने लगते हैं, तब हमारा हर काम भक्ति बन जाता है। चलना, बोलना, खाना — सब एक पूजा जैसा हो जाता है।
“God everywhere” Naresh used to think that devotion meant just chanting rosaries, going to the temple, and chanting mantras. But when he read the verse from the Gita — “Whoever sees me in everything, I am also in him…” his mind changed. Now when he sees a tree, he sees God in it. When he sees an animal, or a human being, he thinks — “God is in this too.”He says: “Now I don’t need to sit separately to worship, because my whole life has become worship.” When we start seeing God in everything, then our every action becomes devotion. Walking, talking, eating — everything becomes a worship.
