मन्मना भव मद्भक्तो मद्याजी मां नमस्कुरु। मामेवैष्यसि युक्त्वैवमात्मानं मत्परायणः॥
मेरा चिंतन कर, मेरा भक्त बन, मेरी पूजा कर और मुझे नमस्कार कर। इस प्रकार अपने को मुझमें लगा देने पर, तू निश्चित रूप से मेरे पास ही आएगा।
Fix your mind on Me, become My devotee, offer worship to Me, and bow down to Me. Thus, having truly united your soul with Me, you shall come to Me without fail.
"वह युवक जिसे लगता था — “भक्ति कठिन है”" राहुल ने कहा — “मेरे पास समय नहीं है — न मंदिर जाने का, न रोज़ पूजा करने का।” एक दिन एक संत मिले। उन्होंने गीता से एक श्लोक सुनाया: “मन्मना भव…” मतलब — “मेरा ही मनन कर, वही भक्ति है।” फिर संत बोले: “तू बस भगवान को याद कर — मन जब भी खाली हो, कृष्ण से भर दे। अब राहुल ऑफिस में हो, मेट्रो में, या अकेले बैठे — बस मन ही मन “कृष्ण… कृष्ण…” कहता है। उसे अब लगता है — भक्ति दूर नहीं — बस याद में छुपी है। संदेश: भगवान को याद करना ही सबसे सरल पूजा है। अगर मन भगवान में लग जाए — तो मंदिर भी वहीं बन जाता है।
"The Young Man Who Thought Devotion Was Difficult" Rahul said — “I don’t have time to go to temples or do daily rituals.” One day, he met a saint. "वह महिला जो अकेली थी, पर खाली नहीं" सारिका जी विधवा थीं — बच्चे दूर रहते थे, और रिश्तेदार भी कम थे। लेकिन वो कभी अकेली या उदास नहीं लगती थीं। किसी ने पूछा —“आप इतनी अकेली कैसे रह लेती हैं?” वो मुस्कराईं और बोलीं: “मैं अकेली कहाँ हूँ? कृष्ण तो हर वक्त मेरे साथ हैं।” फिर उन्होंने गीता का श्लोक सुनाया: “मामेवैष्यसि युक्त्वैवम्…(“अगर मन भगवान में जुड़ जाए — तो वही अंत में हमारे पास होता है।”) संदेश: जिसके मन में भगवान बसे हों — उसे अकेलापन कभी छू नहीं सकता भक्ति का साथ — सबसे सच्चा साथ होता है।
"The Woman Who Was Alone, But Never Empty" Sarika was a widow — her children lived far away, and relatives were few. yet, she never looked sad or lonely. Someone once asked —“Don’t you feel lonely living alone?” She smiled and said: “I’m never alone — Krishna is always with me.” Then she shared a Gita verse: “Mamevaishyasi yuktvaivam…”(“If your mind is fixed on Me, you will surely come to Me.”) Message: When the heart is filled with God, loneliness disappears. The company of devotion is the truest company.
"वह साधक जिसने कर्म में कृष्ण को पाया" नरेंद्र एक इंजीनियर था। वो रोज़ ऑफिस जाता, काम करता — लेकिन उसके मन में एक सवाल था: “क्या मैं आध्यात्मिक नहीं हूँ क्योंकि मैं नौकरी करता हूँ?” एक दिन उसके गुरु ने मुस्कराकर कहा: “‘मद्भक्तो’ — जो भक्त है, वो कोई भी काम कर सकता है, बस वो भगवान के लिए हो।” और फिर गीता का श्लोक सुनाया। उस दिन से नरेंद्र ने ठान लिया: “अब मैं हर काम प्रभु को अर्पित करूँगा।” वो अब हर प्रोजेक्ट से पहले कहता — “यह काम तेरे लिए है, प्रभु।” अब वो कहता है — “जहाँ मैं हूँ, वही मेरा मंदिर है।" संदेश: जब हम भगवान को याद करके काम करते हैं — तो वही काम पूजा बन जाता है। और पूरा जीवन साधना बन जाता है।
"The Devotee Who Found Krishna in His Work" Narendra was an engineer. He went to office every day, worked sincerely — but often wondered: “Am I not spiritual because I do a regular job?” One day, his Guru smiled and said: “Madbhakto — a true devotee is one who offers whatever he does to God.” Then he recited a verse from the Gita. That day changed everything for Narendra. He started saying before each project —“This work is for You, Krishna.” Now he says — “Where I am, that is my temple.” Message: When your work, mind, and devotion come together — your life itself becomes worship.
