मुक्तसङ्गोऽनहंवादी धृत्युत्साहसमन्वितः। सिद्ध्यसिद्ध्योर्निर्विकारः कर्ता सात्त्विक उच्यते॥
जो व्यक्ति आसक्तियों से मुक्त है, “मैं ही करता हूँ” ऐसा भाव नहीं रखता, जिसमें धैर्य और उत्साह है, जो सफलता और असफलता में एक-सा रहता है — वह सात्त्विक कर्ता कहलाता है।
One who is free from attachment, ego-less, full of determination and enthusiasm, and remains unchanged in success and failure — such a doer is called Sāttvic (pure and harmonious).
“वो शिक्षक जो रुका रहा” शीर्षक: “नाम के लिए नहीं, काम के लिए” मीरा एक गाँव की स्कूल टीचर थीं। जब सरकारी स्कूल का पैसा खत्म हो गया, बाकी टीचर्स चले गए, लेकिन मीरा वहीं रहीं। लोग पूछते, “बिना पैसे के क्यों काम करती हो?” मीरा कहतीं, “बच्चे यहाँ हैं, मैं भी हूँ। मुझे उनका साथ देना है।” सालों बाद, कुछ बच्चे बड़े हुए और उन्होंने मीरा को अपनी प्रेरणा बताया। मीरा ने कभी अपने काम का प्रचार नहीं किया, न पुरस्कार मांगे। वह अलग रहने वाली, अहंकार से मुक्त, धैर्य और उत्साह से भरी सात्त्विक कर्ता थीं।
“The teacher who stayed” Title: “Not for fame, but for duty” Meera was a school teacher in a village. When the government stopped funding, most teachers left, but Meera stayed. People asked, “Why work without pay?” She said, “The children are here, so am I. I want to support them.” Years later, some of those children grew up and called Meera their inspiration. “वो उद्यमी जिसने हार को गले लगाया” शीर्षक: “मुश्किलों में भी मुस्कुराना” आदित्य ने एक नया बिजनेस शुरू किया। एक साल में वो बिजनेस फेल हो गया। निवेशक ने साथ छोड़ दिया, लोग ऑनलाइन उसका मज़ाक उड़ाने लगे। पर आदित्य ने हार नहीं मानी। उसने एक ब्लॉग लिखा - “मैंने असफलता से जो 10 बातें सीखी।” ब्लॉग खत्म किया ऐसे: “मुझे गर्व है कि मैंने कोशिश की। मैं फिर से कोशिश करूँगा, बेहतर इरादे और समझ के साथ।” छह महीने बाद, एक नया निवेशक आया और फिर से मदद की। आदित्य ने असफलता से डरकर नहीं, धैर्य और साहस से लड़ाई जारी रखी। उसका मन साफ और काम के लिए सच्चा था।
“The entrepreneur who celebrated failure” Title: “Smiling even in hard times” Aditya started a new business which failed in one year. Investors left him, and people made fun of him online. But Aditya didn’t give up. He wrote a blog called - “10 lessons I learned from failure.” He ended it saying: “I’m proud I tried. I will try again with better intentions and understanding.” Six months later, a new investor supported him again. Aditya stayed calm and brave despite failure. He had no ego, just pure dedication to work.

He cooked, cleared debris, helped rebuild homes. When asked his name, he said, “I came to serve.” Later it was found he was a retired IAS officer. When asked why he didn’t reveal his name, he smiled and said, “My name doesn’t matter, my work does.” He lived the teachings of the Gita -Free from ego, Detached from results, Steady in effort, This is true sattvic karma.
